How did you find me?

After we identify an asset worth recovering, we scour the web with many tools to locate YOU - the owner. We search social media (Facebook & LinkedIn) as well as subscribe to numerous databases containing addresses, emails, and phone numbers.

Do you know the value of my lost asset?

Each holding agency is different - some declare the value , and others do not. If we do know the value, we will tell you. Sometimes, we only know that assets are over a certain dollar value, and it is unknown what the recovery potential will be.

Do you work with global clients?

Our business is founded on non-US clients recovering assets they held while working in the US or being employed by a US corporation. We are US based, but have enabled clients in over 30 countries to recover their old accounts.

How long will it take to get my refund?

This varies depending on where your accounts were reported. The fastest is at least 8 weeks after submitting the required forms and supporting documentation. However, some can take a minimum of 180 days to approve a claim, and an additional 30 to 45 days to submit a refund.

Phase 1 - Establishing Credibility

This is the fact-finding phase. We reach out to you and exchange messages. We can schedule a call or video conference or handle everything through email. We know you also have questions for us and want to be certain of our professional experience.

Phase 2 - Administrative

We have agreed to work together. We confirm some basic information (We never ask for or require tax-IDs, Social Security Numbers, bank account details, etc.) We request and assist you with getting official claim forms, and work with you to put together an accurate, and well documented claim for a refund.

Phase 3 - Claim submission and follow-up

We will ensure all forms filled out correctly and completely. We will assist and guide you in filing everything (electronically if allowed). We will draft any emails or cover letters as needed to keep everything organized and clear for the approvers.

Phase 4 - Status Updates

We will monitor the claim approval process on-line and inform you of any progress. We will help you with any questions from the agencies if they seek additional information or supporting documents.

Phase 5 - Claim recovery

We verify that you have received your refund and have confirmed the funds are in your account. If stock was returned, we confirm that it is now in your personal brokerage account. IMPORTANTLY - we do not earn any commission until you receive financial benefit.

Final Phase

Once you have confirmed the recovery, we provide simple and convenient options to action our commission. (Wire payment, bank check, or other on-line payment options) We never get paid until you get paid. Simple.
